The recommended pressure range on every racing bike tire is usually indicated on the tire sidewall. This pressure range is usually expressed both in PSI (pounds per square inch) and BAR (barometric pressure). As a result of your weight, riding style, and road conditions, your ideal pressure may vary, but for most road bike tires, it will typically fall within the range of 90-120 PSI (6.8-8.3 BAR).
